Monel alloy is a Ni-Cu alloy and is the most widely used alloy among nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys. This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength, high hardness and good processing properties, and is particularly suitable for scenes subjected to corrosive media


1) Monel 400

Specifications:

Bars: φ20-200 × L

Sheets: 1.0-70 × 1000 × L

Strips: 0.2-2.5 × 350 × L

Product Features:

· Hih material purity;

· Excellent corrosion resistance to hydrofluoric acid, fluorine gas, and hot concentrated alkali solutions;

· Corrosion resistance to neutral solutions, water, seawater, air, and organic compounds.

Mainly used in the petrochemical industry and marine development, manufacturing various heat exchange

2) Monel K500

Specifications:

Bars: φ28-48 x L

Sheets: 4.0-6.0 x 1000 x 2000

Features:

· Excellent heat and corrosion resistance and long-term structural stability, as well as higher strength and hardness.

Applications:

· Mainly used for pump shafts and impellers, conveyor scrapers, oil well drill collars, elastic components, valve

 gaskets, etc.

Melting Method: Vacuum Induction / Vacuum Induction + Electroslag Remelting

Technical Standards: ASTM B865, GB/T 5235-2021


3) Monel 401

Specifications:

Pipe: φ19-180 x δ1.65-32 x L

Features:

·Excellent strength and ductility, with good press workability in both hot and cold conditions;

·A corrosion-resistant alloy with high demand, wide applications, and excellent overall performance.

Applications:

·Mainly used in marine engineering;

·Parts resistant to corrosion by media such as hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid.

4) NCu30-4-2-1

Specifications:

Bars: φ20~100×L

Features:

· Precipitation-strengthened alloy with high hardness, high strength, excellent wear resistance, and excellent

 adhesion resistance.

Applications:

· Widely used in the chemical, aviation, and military industries. It is primarily used for manufacturing components

 requiring superior wear and corrosion resistance. Suitable for manufacturing aviation fuel systems and other 

precision friction parts requiring stable operation.
