    1J50 is a high-performance soft magnetic alloy, primarily used in the manufacture of soft magnetic components for electronic devices, transformers, and inductors. It features high magnetic permeability, low magnetic loss, and high saturation magnetic induction, making it an indispensable basic material in modern electronic equipment.

    I. Chemical Composition: The main components are iron and nickel, with a nickel content of 49.0%-50.5% and iron as the remainder. It also contains small amounts of carbon, phosphorus, sulfur, copper, manganese, and silicon, with strict limits on the proportion of each element.


    II. Material Properties:


    Physical Properties: Density is 8.20 g/cm³, resistivity is 0.45 μΩ•m, Curie point is 500℃, and saturation magnetostriction coefficient is 25×10⁻⁶.


    Mechanical Properties: Brinell hardness (HBS) is 170 in the hard state and 130 in the soft state; tensile strength is 785 MPa in the hard state and 450 MPa in the soft state; yield strength is 685 MPa in the hard state and 150 MPa in the soft state; elongation is 3% in the hard state and 37% in the soft state.


    Magnetic Properties: It has high magnetic permeability. The cold-rolled strip has a magnetic permeability μ₀.₄ ≥ 3.8×10⁻³ mH/m at a magnetic field strength of 0.4 A/m, and a maximum magnetic permeability μm ≥ 62.5×10⁻³ mH/m; coercivity ≤ 9.6 A/m, and saturation magnetic induction is approximately 1.55 T.


    III. Main Characteristics:


    It features high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, low hysteresis loss, and high saturation magnetic induction. It can quickly respond to magnetic field changes in alternating magnetic fields, and its magnetic properties are stable and can maintain performance at different ambient temperatures.


    IV. Application Fields: Widely used in high-frequency transformers and pulse transformers in the electronics and power fields, magnetic sensors and current transformers in precision instruments, antenna cores and microwave device shielding in communication and microwave technology, and navigation systems and attitude control in aerospace and defense.
