High-temperature Alloy N07750

  • High-temperature Alloy N07750
  • video
Application Areas This alloy is primarily used in the manufacture of plane and helical springs for aero-engines, which operate below 800℃ and require high strength and resistance to relaxation. It can also be used to manufacture parts such as gas turbine blades. Available varieties include plates, strips, bars, forgings, rings, wires, and tubes.

III. N07750 High-Temperature Alloy Machining Properties:

Hot deformation range is 950-1205 degrees Celsius, with large deformation at 1040 degrees Celsius. Cold working properties are relatively easy to harden, so timely solution treatment is necessary to prevent cold working cracking.

    IV. N07750 High-Temperature Alloy Processing:

The solution heat treatment process for plates, strips, and tubes in their supplied state is 980℃±15℃, air cooling. For intermediate heat treatment of materials and parts, the following processes can be selected: Annealing: 955~1010℃, water cooling. Annealing before welding of welded parts: 980℃, 1h. Stress-relief annealing of welded parts: 900℃, wet annealing for 2h. Stress-relief annealing: 885℃±15℃, 24h, air cooling.

    V. N07750 High-Temperature Alloy Application Areas:

N07750 high-temperature alloy is mainly used to manufacture corrosion-resistant flat wave springs, circumferential helical springs, helical compression springs, spring retainers, and sealing rings for aero-engines operating at temperatures below 540℃.
