Excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and good processability. Widely used in extreme environments such as high temperature and strong corrosion, including petroleum, chemical, and aerospace industries. High purity is ensured by vacuum induction melting, and various forms of N4 products are available, such as bars, tubes, strips, wires, and plates, with a full range of specifications. Production can be carried out according to domestic and international standards.

    I. Nickel Alloy N6 Chemical Composition (wt%):

    Ni ≥ 99.5%, C ≤ 0.1%, Cu ≤ 0.1%, Si ≤ 0.1%, Mn ≤ 0.05%, Mg ≤ 0.1%, S ≤ 0.005%, P ≤ 0.002%, Fe ≤ 0.1%, Pb/Bi/As/Sb/Cd/Sn ≤ 0.002%, Zn ≤ 0.007%, Total Impurities ≤ 0.5%

II. Nickel Alloy N6 Processing Properties:

Cold Working: Cold rolling, cold drawing, stamping; precision strip and wire require intermediate annealing to remove hardening; control the amount of deformation per pass.

Hot Working: Temperature range 700-1200℃, hot rolling, forging. TIG welding or laser welding; inert gas protection; pre-weld oxide layer removal.

Machining: The material is relatively soft and sticky, easily causing tool sticking and chip removal difficulties. Sharp tools are required. Low speed, high feed rate, and adequate cooling are recommended.
